Mountain Outfitters is a highly successful full service operation,
providing a variety of professionally guided summer horseback
pack trips from June through September and big game hunts
for antelope, deer, elk, moose, mountain sheep, black bear
and mountain lion, from August through December. This business
was established in 1969, and has been under the present ownership
since 1979. It includes may amenities, excellent avenues for
growth, first class equipment and maintains an extensive base
of satisfied clientele.
The operation is located in
the heart of a major hunting and fishing Mecca, with panoramic

1. Spectacular Summer
Fishing Camp: A twelve-mile pack by horses and mules
into a 3 mile long mountain lake, with excellent cutthroat
trout fishing for flies and lures.
Includes John boats, with electric
trolling motors. The camp can accommodate up to 25 clients
plus crew with room for expansion and increased day use. Wall
Tents with wooden floors, showers, horse corrals, outhouse,
spring water piped into camp, volleyball court, horseshoe
pits and metal fire pits. Trail rides, day rides and fishing
are daily options. Metal pipe corrals at the trail head can
accommodate up to 30 horses with water. |

2. Progressive Scenic Alpine Pack Trips:
Set up with all necessary gear for pack trips into the Wyoming
range from Kemmerer north to the Hoback River. This includes
three lakes for fishing with Forest Service day use.

Beautiful Drive in Base Hunting Camp at the Trail
Head: for hunting, fishing and summer use. Wall tents with
wooden floors, woodstoves, horse corrals, outhouse, metal
fire pit and spring water piped into camp. This camp accommodates
up to 10 hunters per hunt, plus crew; 20 plus crew in the
summer. Summer and fall pasture within wrangling distance
(1 mile) of the camp that can accommodate 50 horses from June
to October on a state section of land ) with terms. The Camp
is located at the trailhead to 3 drainages. Hunting for elk
(2 areas), Moose (3+ areas), mule deer (3 areas), sheep (2
+ areas), antelope (1 + area), black bear (1+ area), mountain
lion (2 + areas) with day use.
4. Upper Pack-in Camp for hunting and Summer
use, Located 7 miles from base camp at the hydrographic divide.
This upper camp can accommodate 8 hunters per hunt plus crew
with room to expand and up to 20 summer clients. This is a
wall tent camp with no wooden floors.
